The RNC is governed by the Board of Directors (Board), which shall be comprised of 15 elected stakeholders. A Stakeholder is defined as any individual who lives, works, owns a business or owns property or otherwise identifies themselves as a stakeholder in the RNC area, based on their participation in, among other things, educational institutions, religious institutions, social organizations, fraternal organizations, community organizations or other non-profit organizations.

Fill out the declaration of candidacy form available at the general meetings or download a copy off our website http//communities.msn.com/resedatowncouncil

There will be a candidates forum Monday November 18, 2002 at the general RNC meeting. The location is Iglesia Nuevo Empazar, 18419 Sherman Way (northeast corner of Sherman Way and Canby). The meeting will start at 7:00 PM. A voter information pamphlet will be available after October 28, 2002 on our website http//communities.msn.com/resedatowncouncil or telephone Michael Besem Council District 3 field office representative at (818) 756-8848, leave your name and address and a voter information pamphlet will be mailed to you.

The Election will be held Thursday November 21, 2002 at the American Legion Hall, 7338 Canby Avenue from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM
