While a tree-sitting protester went to cast his ballot on election day, "Reseda resident David Creech, 41, took over the perch" ... in the 400-year old oak now in the path of a road expansion project.
L.A. County Supervisor Mike Antonovich isn't persuaded, tree must go he says; while talks continued between developer & preservationists, without him. Public Works Dept. says other options "aren't feasible."
