WATER: This leak, a few gallons an hour, was reported to the DWP on the city's
311 line (pdf file) -- which worked great. Water eventually (1200 yards away?) passes
here and reaches the under-active drain at Amigo & Sherman Way shown
here. Fortunately irony doesn't rust.
